Return and Exchange Policy

Returning Goods:

  1. Returning and exchanging are negotiable for the products received within 30 days after invoice.

1) If the products are in good condition and the customer wants to return/change them, the

returned products must be UNOPENED and able to be resold as new.

Restocking fee of 15% of the purchased price will be charged. The customer will be

responsible for the shipping charges.

  • If the products are incorrect due to our error or shipping issues, we will replace the products and pay shipping.
  1. After 30 days, it’s nonreturnable in any case.
  2. Returning Operation:

1) Do not return products without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number provided by HUGE DENTAL USA.

2) A copy of the invoice or packing slip along with the RMA number must accompany your

shipment. Merchandise returned to HUGE DENTAL USA without proper paperwork may be returned

to customer at customer's expense.

3) To return products, please firstly contact HUGE DENTAL USA and obtain a RMA. Number. Then ship

prepaid and mark package "Attention: RMA#________”

Refunds:

Refunds for the returned products will be issued within 7 working days, using the same payment

method that was utilized for the customer’s original order, without any exceptions.
